Christine Alexander-Smith is a seasoned leadership and organisation development practitioner with more than three decades of experience helping leaders, teams, and organisations evolve with clarity, compassion, and quiet authority.
Her career began in the fast-paced world of network and communications technology, where she learned to navigate complexity, lead through uncertainty, and support people in high-pressure environments. This early grounding continues to inform her calm, pragmatic approach to transformation.
Over the years, Christine has partnered with global organisations including IBM UK & EMEA, HP, BP, Siemens, Vodafone Engineering, Halliburton, Commerzbank, Saint-Gobain Plastics (Belgium and Los Angeles), Aspen Technology, Norfolk County Council, and The Intercontinental Hotel Group. Her work bridges leadership, culture, and organisational systems—enabling leaders to think clearly, communicate with intention, and create environments where people can thrive.
For seventeen years, Christine held PCC status with the International Coaching Federation, grounding her work in emotional intelligence, behavioural insight, and coaching excellence. Today, she integrates this foundation with experiential methodologies including Points of You®, iMA Strategies®, Conversational Intelligence®, Business Model You®, and Business Model for Teams®. These approaches support leaders in shifting from reactive “firefighting” to purposeful, human-centred leadership.
