I have spent more than 30 years helping leaders, teams and organisations find their footing in complexity, under pressure, and at the moments when everything feels uncertain.
My career began in network and communications technology, where I learned what it really means to lead people through difficulty. That grounding has never left me. It's why I approach every leader I work with the same way, with calm, pragmatic honesty and a genuine belief in their capacity to grow.
