Privacy Policy — A Seat at the Table
The Diversity Coaching Initiative (DCI) Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for the information you provide when registering for A Seat at the Table.
What we collect: your name, email address, and whether you're joining as a manager or HR professional.
Why: to register you for the session, deliver it via Zoom, and send you event information and the accompanying materials (the Unwritten Rulebook, your iMA profile, and the Quiet Revolution Pledge Card).
Lawful basis: your consent, given when you tick the registration box. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Who we share it with: our website and form provider (Squarespace) and the video platform used to run the session (Zoom). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it: we retain your details for 12 months after the event, then delete them.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing Christine@dci-future.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Information Commissioner in Jamaica (oic.gov.jm), or, as a UK-based organisation, the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
